About
Jackson, an AHPRA-endorsed clinical psychologist, brings a wealth of experience from various mental health settings to his private practice. With a background encompassing public mental health, specialised private practice, and general private practice, he offers a unique blend of expertise to his clients. Currently, Jackson finds fulfilment in both a specialised public mental health role and his private practice, where he assists clients in navigating an array of mental health challenges.

In sessions, Jackson fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel at ease to explore their challenges confidentially. Drawing from psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, and modern neuroscience, his therapeutic approach is integrative, tailored to suit each client's individual needs. With proficiency in modalities such as psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Jackson ensures that his clients receive evidence-based interventions aimed at addressing their specific concerns.

Beyond employing therapeutic techniques, Jackson places great emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships with his clients. He understands that the success of therapy often hinges on the quality of this

connection. Jackson also has a genuine belief in the potential for positive transformation within each individual, and recognises that psychotherapy with a strong therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for this. Jackson considers it a privilege to accompany and support his clients on their journeys to self-actualization.
